I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping you access what is already within you, with clarity and intention.

I offer trauma-informed, integrative therapy for adults and youth that helps clients understand the deeper meaning beneath their experiences, emotions, patterns, and behaviors. My work combines evidenced-based clinical approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic/body-based healing, attachment-based work, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation; with a spiritual lens that honors both the emotional and energetic aspects of healing.

For adults, I walk alongside clients on their journey to identify recurring thought and behavior patterns, processing painful experiences safely, reconnecting with their bodies, and integrating the parts of themselves that have developed for protection. This is not about "fixing," it is about remembrance: learning to honor both shadow and light, move through discomfort rather than avoid it, and transform overwhelm into self-trust, clarity, and grounded freedom.

For youth, I approach behavior as communication. Every shutdown, outburst, withdrawal, or reaction reflects an unmet need or experience. I help young people look beneath behaviors to better understand their emotions, regulate their nervous systems, strengthen healthy coping skills, develop their intuition, and navigate their world in a way that allows expression that feels safe and effective. Rather than relying on punishment or control, I focus on building emotional awareness, attachment security, and lasting regulation skills.

My practice is best suited for individuals and families ready for meaningful inner work that extends outward, healing that is compassionate, deep, and sustainable. My work is rooted in the belief that the wisdom needed for transformation already exists within each person.
