About me
I am a licensed professional counselor and licensed chemical dependency counselor and have been practicing for the past 18 years. During my time as a counselor, I have specialized in working with adolescents and young adults while working with senior adults as well. During this time, I have helped counsel high school, collegiate and professional athletes struggling with co-occurring disorders. I enjoy working with athletes due to personal experience as a Division 1 QB and a Division 1 collegiate football and can help athletes with peak peerformance and sports psychology.
I can help facilitate anger management; processing substance use disorders and use motivational interviewing to help the individual engage in the treatment process and facilitates positive change. we would be a good fit if you enjoy great home cooked barbecue and exercising your mind, body, and spirit. Together we can collaborate, identify, and tackle life issues that have been keeping you stuck and not allow you to be your most optimal self.
