About me
I help people relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions while moving toward what matters.
I am a Resident in Counseling who works with individuals seeking greater clarity, resilience, and purpose in their lives. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based model that helps clients develop psychological flexibility, manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and take meaningful action guided by their values.
In therapy, I focus on practical, skills-based strategies to support concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions. ACT emphasizes mindfulness, acceptance, and values-driven living, allowing clients to move forward even when challenges are present.
For clients who prefer it, I also offer the integration of Biblical guidance into therapy. This is always client-led and thoughtfully incorporated alongside clinical best practices, ensuring that faith serves as a supportive resource rather than a requirement.
I strive to create a collaborative, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported in their growth and healing. I welcome the opportunity to work with you as you pursue meaningful and lasting change.
