If you’ve been feeling stuck in patterns shaped by the past, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or burdened by memories that feel too heavy to carry alone, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. I work with adults 18+ who are facing challenges like PTSD, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, low self-esteem, and interpersonal difficulties. I also support clients always from a place of compassion and non-judgment.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I offer a client-centered approach rooted in empathy and collaboration. Together, we will draw on evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs, creating a supportive path toward healing, growth, and lasting positive change.
