About me
I am a body positive therapist working with clients who struggle with body shame. In addition to body image and self-esteem issues, I also work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, midlife and other transitional difficulties, nightmares, communication issues, and on-going or past trauma. I use a trauma-informed Jungian-based psychotherapeutic approach when working with my clients.
I moved to Colorado from Alaska with my husband and children in 2012. I love being among the pine covered mountains and the community of Evergreen. I am passionate about helping individuals discover and connect with their golden authenticity in a way that brings fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. When I am not counseling, I enjoy family time, hiking, gold panning, needle felting (wool sculpting), reading, learning, and covering tree stumps with flower mandalas.
