About me
I am a therapist helping individuals and couples navigate ADHD, autism, trauma, PTSD, recovery from cults, and exploring identity, polyamory, or kink.
I am a therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating ADHD, autism, PTSD, trauma, and recovery from cults or high-control environments. I also support people exploring polyamory, kink, and identity. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we work together.
I approach therapy as a partnership. We’ll explore patterns in thoughts, feelings, and relationships, and how your life experiences shape your choices. Using practical tools like CBT and insights from the Enneagram, we’ll try strategies that actually fit your life. Together, we’ll focus on building self-trust, improving communication, and finding solutions that help you navigate challenges.
My clients often describe me as warm, easy to talk to, understanding, and supportive. I strive to create a space where you can process experiences at your own pace, gain clarity, and feel empowered to take steps toward the life you want.
I became a therapist because of my own journey—healing after leaving a cult and supporting my neurodivergent family showed me the power of being seen and understood. These experiences inspire my work and give me insight into the complexities of trauma, neurodivergence, and high-control environments.
Whether you’re looking to process past experiences, gain clarity, improve relationships, or develop practical skills for daily life, therapy is a collaborative journey. My role is to partner with you—to provide guidance, insight, and support—so that you can navigate challenges and thrive in ways that feel authentic to you.
