About me

Providing warm, collaborative therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, relationships, ADHD, grief, and life's transitions. LGBTQIA+ Affirming.

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, my goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences without judgment.

I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples who are seeking greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and practical tools to navigate life's challenges. I provide an affirming environment for LGBTQIA+ clients and believe that every person's story deserves to be met with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

My approach is person-centered and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll work together to find strategies that fit your goals, values, and strengths.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade working in restorative justice and community mediation, helping youth and families improve communication, repair relationships, and navigate conflict. My clinical experience also includes counseling in both high school and community college settings, experiences that continue to shape my collaborative, strengths-based approach.

Reaching out for therapy takes courage. If you're looking for a therapist who values authenticity, connection, and a little humor along the way, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
