About me
I cater to most forms of mental health need with my expertise most notably with narcissistic and emotional abuse survivors, depression, anxiety, panic, PTSD, bipolar, and ADHD. I have the most experience with domestic violence, substance abuse, and women's issues.
I first and foremost truly honor the therapeutic alliance that lays the foundation to a collaboration effort where true healing and trust can occur. This allows for deep, impactful healing modalities to be utilized and for an authentic interaction to manifest into higher thinking, as well as guiding clients to attain a growth mindset for long term positive change.
I tend to seek out the patterns formed from youth or difficult past experiences, that hinder ones forward movement, enhance self-awareness of this, and guide in unearthing the best approaches for each unique individual. We then can unlearn detrimental cycles which gives a release of stuck, heavy emotions that burden our day to day experiences to find peace.
I pride myself on being extremely relatable and authentic, coming from a place of life experience and not only education. I will always be as supportive, nonjudgmental, and empathetic as someone may need in their most troubling or darkest moments. Those that simply need to be heard, seen, and validated!
