About me
All humans deserve care and dignity. I believe in providing that care through a client centered model. I specialize in the treatment of trauma in children and teens. I specialize in child and adult sexual assault and abuse. I have been in the field more than 15 years working with trauma and I am passionate about helping people achieve healing their way. I am able to provide specialized treatment models such as EMDR, TFCBT and
ART.
I opened Stepping Stones Family Counseling 6 years ago. With over 15 years in the field and six years since opening my practice, I remain deeply passionate about helping others heal. Our team of eight clinicians offers a wide variety of availability, utilizing diverse specialized modalities to ensure a truly client-centered approach. We believe that healing is a natural process and prioritize continuous learning to best serve our community. Outside of the office, I’m a dedicated mother who finds balance through hiking and mountain biking. We are committed to accessibility and offer many funding options to support your journey.
