About me
Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, negative thoughts, unhealthy relationships or the inability to say NO! Are you tired of feeling like nothing will change or your stuck in life because you don't know what to do to make it better? Today you're in the right place at the right time! If you can relate to this, then I'm here to help you take that much needed sigh of relief.
I enjoy helping clients find the meaning behind their actions and challenging them to look at situations with a different perspective. My favorite quote is “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% of how you react to it.” This quote is the embodiment of accepting what is out of our control and focusing on what is in our control, that is, our attitude and response. Treatment will focus on working together to help you understand how core beliefs and automatic thoughts can determine your actions and world view, in order to improve and maximize your potential for happiness.
