About me
The counseling environment I create is grounded in unconditional positive regard, meaning I strive to ensure that every client feels truly heard, respected, and safe. In addition, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in identifying and transforming unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. CBT helps individuals build emotional regulation skills and develop healthy, practical coping mechanisms for everyday challenges.
I believe that every person has the capacity to become the best version of themselves. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping to empower and encourage you to create positive, lasting change in your life.
In high school and college I volunteered with a nonprofit supporting homeless veterans. This meaningful experience inspired me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of West Florida and later, to serve in the United States Air Force.
While in the Air Force, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Victim Advocate and leading educational programs focused on suicide prevention. These roles deepened my commitment to supporting others through difficult and transformative life experiences.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and my therapeutic focus includes healing generational trauma, individual therapy, and marriage counseling.
Therapy is not just my profession, it’s my passion. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your mental health journey and I look forward to supporting your healing and growth.
