About me
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor dedicated to working with clients to help them enrich their lives.
With having over 20 years experience, I have a variety of skillsets to help clients get to where they want to be. My practice, Alternatives in Therapy LLC provides client focused therapy utilizing therapeutic techniques to help clients feel better, and feel empowered to live their best. I also offer hypnosis for the welcoming client to enhance progress and see improvements more rapidly. I have worked in various settings including hospital emergency departments, psychiatric hospital units, private practice, community mental health agencies and therapeutic schools. I became a clinician to help people, help them at their level, at their pace, to strive for happiness and joy.
