About me
I am currently a counseling intern under the supervision of Memendra Harris, LPC-S, and I have a passion for working with kids and adolescents navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, trauma, and the complexities of cultural expectations. I recognize how identity, family dynamics, and lived experiences shape the way people understand themselves and the world around them.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each client. I draw from evidence-based practices while incorporating creative and developmentally appropriate interventions such as art, play, interactive activities, and structured skill-building exercises. My goal is to create a safe, engaging space where people learn and feel understood and supported as they grow, one session at a time.
About Me - I’m Tina, an intern working toward my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a Christian Asian American, I value the role that culture and identity play in shaping who we are, as well as our experiences and relationships. I have a passion for learning all kinds of topics and gaining as many experiences as I can while savoring life’s many joys. I would be honored to provide a safe space for you to share, learn, and grow on this magical journey we call life. Outside of counseling, I enjoy reading, music, cooking, and watching anime.
