About me
Tina Logan is a member of the licensed therapist team at RealESALetter.com. In her role, she conducts thorough clinical evaluations to determine whether an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) may be a beneficial part of a client's mental health treatment plan.
Tina is committed to ensuring that every ESA letter she issues is grounded in a legitimate clinical assessment and fully compliant with the Fair Housing Act (FHA), HUD Notice FHEO-2020-01, and applicable state laws including the 30-day client-provider relationship required in California, Arkansas, Iowa, Louisiana, and Montana. She follows a structured evaluation process: reviewing each client's intake responses, conducting a confidential consultation when needed, and issuing documentation only when an ESA is clinically appropriate.
Hi, I'm Tina Logan, and I'm part of the licensed therapist team here at RealESALetter.com.
My role is to honestly evaluate whether an Emotional Support Animal is the right fit for your mental health care. If you're here, you may be looking for housing protections, peace of mind, or simply a clearer understanding of whether an ESA could support your wellbeing and I'm here to help you figure that out.
I take this responsibility seriously. Every evaluation I conduct is a real clinical assessment not an automated approval. I review your intake responses carefully, and when needed, I'll connect with you for a confidential consultation to better understand your situation. If an ESA is the right fit, I'll make sure your letter is fully compliant with the Fair Housing Act, HUD guidelines, and your state's specific requirements, so it holds up when your landlord reviews it. If an ESA isn't the right fit for you, I'll tell you that honestly and point you toward what might help instead.
What I value most about working with RealESALetter.com is the commitment to doing this the right way: real evaluations, real clinicians, and documentation that genuinely protects the people who need it.
