About me
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. I help youth and adults work through anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, and learning challenges so you can approach life’s transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of direction. I bring warmth, structure, and a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to support your growth.
I’m passionate about walking alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges—especially during times of transition. Whether you’re adjusting to college life, managing ADHD or OCD, working through anxiety or depression, or facing relationship stress, I offer a safe, collaborative space where growth and change are possible.
I bring a calm, grounded presence and over a decade of experience in education, trauma-informed youth services, and military support programs. I’ve had the privilege of supporting wounded soldiers and their families, guiding youth in structured healing environments, and working extensively with college students to build self-advocacy and success strategies—especially for those with learning differences.
I believe therapy is most effective when it’s personalized, practical, and empowering. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, EFT, and solution-focused therapy, and I tailor our work together to fit your unique needs, values, and strengths.
Clients often describe me as warm, real, non-judgmental, and direct in a supportive way. I’ll gently challenge you to build insight and step into your potential—at your own pace, with compassion and respect.
I work with individuals, youth, and couples, and I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I welcome people from all backgrounds with a spirit of inclusion and care. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, you don’t have to figure it out alone—I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
