About me
I'm a therapist with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients of all backgrounds, bringing compassion and expertise to a wide range of concerns—including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions.
My approach is grounded in helping you reconnect with yourself and build meaningful connections with others. I specialize in working through isolation, communication struggles, self-esteem, guilt, shame, and forgiveness. I'm also experienced in supporting individuals navigating mood disorders, attachment patterns, commitment concerns, substance use challenges, and the complexities of midlife transitions.
I have particular experience working with women, military veterans, and those healing from trauma and abuse. Whether you're facing posttraumatic stress, self-harm urges, control issues, or simply searching for greater purpose and self-love, I'm here to help you move forward with clarity and strength.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to build the tools and insights you need for lasting change. I'm honored to support you on your healing journey.
