About me
Although I specialize in ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression, I help all people in their life journey of positive mental health and relationships. I want you to have a full, intentional life with rich relationships being the best you that you are. My client's are men, women, teens, and couples who have made the brave step to find someone who can help with a variety of issues.
When you contact me, you will get me. I'm in solo practice. I tend to be informal because I know how stressful it is to start therapy. It's normal to be anxious about meeting a therapist, especially if you have never been to see a therapist before. I want you to provide you with a safe place so that you can talk about anything you need to talk about without judgement. I want you live life according to your values and what is important to you. How can I help you live your life in the way you want? I want you to learn about yourself, accept yourself, and validate yourself. I want to listen to you and provide ways to find out what is important to you. I want to validate that your story is real and that your feelings are real. I want you to understand why you are uniquely you. I want you to understand your superpowers and your kryptonite.
