I provide a serene, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe being yourself while working through the challenges that may be keeping you stuck. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, overthinking, self-doubt, perfectionism, performance anxiety, emotional dysregulation, mood-related concerns, and life transitions.

As a Certified CBT Clinician, I use evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s pressures. I also incorporate DBT, trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, and practical skill-building based on your individual needs.

I have a special interest in working with athletes and high-performing individuals experiencing performance anxiety, fear of failure, confidence concerns, and pressure to succeed. As a former Division I collegiate athlete, I understand many of the mental and emotional demands that can come with high-performance environments.

Conquering Mountains Counseling is a **faith-based practice**, and my Christian faith is an important part of its foundation. For clients who desire faith integration in their therapy, I incorporate biblical principles and Christian faith alongside evidence-based clinical interventions.
