I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in anxiety, depression, and sports performance. I help teens and adults manage overthinking, self-doubt, emotional challenges, and performance pressure through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. Christian counseling is also available for clients who desire faith integration.

Welcome! I’m Tiffany Ward, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Conquering Mountains Counseling. I believe that no matter what you’re facing, healing and growth are possible, and you don’t have to climb life’s mountains alone.

I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, overthinking, self-doubt, stress, and emotional challenges. I also have a special interest in working with athletes who may be struggling with performance anxiety, perfectionism, pressure, confidence, or fear of failure.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and individualized. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, challenge anxious or negative thinking, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. I also incorporate DBT-informed skills, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based interventions based on each client's needs.

As a Christian therapist, I also offer faith-based counseling for clients who desire to incorporate Christian principles and biblical perspectives into therapy. Faith integration is based on each client's preferences and goals.

My goal is to provide a serene, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself while also being challenged to grow. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more confident, grounded, and equipped to navigate the mountains ahead.
