I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of Vermont with over 15 years of experience in school based and outpatient settings. I have worked with a wide range of needs however I specialize in the areas of anxiety, trauma, complex stress, burnout and life transitions.
My counseling approach is thoughtful, warm, inquisitive and collaborative. I will approach our work as a true partnership in which we work together to make improvements and reach goals. My approach is client centered and combines acceptance and commitment therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy from a trauma informed lens and at times adopts strategies from motivational interviewing and solution focused modalities to support you to meet your goals.
