With over a decade of experience as a therapist, Tiffany has honed her skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Techniques, allowing her to offer her clients a range of effective treatment options. Her kind and gentle approach puts her clients at ease, and her ability to truly listen and understand their needs has made her a highly sought-after counselor and Qualified State Supervisor. In her free time, Tiffany finds joy in simple pleasures, such as practicing yoga and tending to her garden. She is also a dedicated yogi and instructor (RYT-200) who believes in the healing power of yoga to promote physical and mental wellness. Above all, Tiffany treasures spending time with her loved ones, whether it’s enjoying a walk with her pup Susie or simply sharing a belly laugh.
