About me

I am dedicated to supporting families, children and young adults in the day to day struggles faced due to life transitions, conflict, anger, stress, anxiety and depression.

I have over 10 years of experience working with kids/teens and adults. In sessions I hope to embody a warm, laid-back presence that helps clients feel welcomed, understood, and at ease. However, while my style is relaxed and compassionate, I also believe in gently challenging clients—once trust has been established—to support meaningful growth and change.

My approach is grounded in mindfulness, strengths-based, and person-centered practices, with touches of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy. I tailor sessions to each individual, offering reflective parenting strategies for those navigating parenting challenges. As a parent myself—especially one with young children—I deeply understand the emotional, physical, and mental demands that stage of life brings. I work collaboratively with parents to build insight, skills, and confidence in their parenting journey.

I also support clients in managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and emotional awareness, always striving to validate your experience while fostering growth.

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and determine if we’re a good fit. Together, we’ll create goals and work toward building the life you want—at your pace, and in a way that honors your unique path.
