About me
I am dedicated to supporting families, children and young adults in the day to day struggles faced due to life transitions, conflict with loved ones, and stress of life.
I have been working with kids/teens and adults for over 10 years. In sessions I bring a warm, laid-back presence that helps clients feel welcomed, understood, and at ease. But, while my go to style is one of compassion and warmth, I also believe in challenging clients as this is what I believe leads to meaningful growth and change.
My approach is grounded in mindfulness, strengths-based, and person-centered practices, with touches of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy. I tailor sessions to each individual, offering reflective parenting strategies for those navigating parenting challenges and individualized reflective exercises for those healing from past hurt, trauma, or day to day life.
As a parent myself—especially one with young children—I deeply understand the emotional, physical, and mental demands that stage of life brings. I work collaboratively with parents to build insight, skills, and confidence in their parenting journey.
I support clients in managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and emotional awareness, always striving to validate your experience while fostering growth.
In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and determine if we’re a good fit. Together, we’ll create goals and work toward building the life you want—at your pace, and in a way that honors your unique path.
