I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, who is dedicated to helping people finding solutions to help manage mental health symptoms. I have specialized in Solution Focused Therapy and have worked with many adult survivors of childhood domestic violence, sexual trauma, compassion fatigue, and other traumas.

I truly believe that I have been through a variety of situations, both personal and professional, to help me have empathy for my clients. I am known to be a direct, caring, and effective therapist. I feel that the worth of a person is not dependent on their current situation. With determination and willingness to challenge old thinking patterns anyone can be successful!
I decided I wanted to help others, and earned a master's degree in social work. I have worked in various environments and done various types of therapy. Including: adult individual therapy, end of life care, trauma therapy, juvenile therapy and have had my own practice for over 17 years.
