About me
As the founder and owner of the Group Practice, the Canvas of Life Counseling, LLC, I’m honored to walk alongside individuals in their healing journeys.
My approach is humanistic, non-pathologizing, and honors each person’s unique experiences and resilience. I offer integrative services addressing the whole person- mind, body, heart, and soul, blending traditional and holistic therapies. I create a safe, empowering space for clients to reconnect with their innate capacity for SELF healing. Together, we’ll transform pain into purpose and honor the story that has shaped you, while embracing what’s yet to come.
Accepting help is not easy and life can be incredibly challenging, full of mountains, valleys, and unfamiliar terrain. But within those moments of hardship lie the opportunities to learn, evolve, and rise. My role is to support you in rediscovering the power you already hold and to help illuminate the path forward, however winding it may be.
