I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My approach is collaborative and practical—we’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck and build tools to help you move forward with confidence.

I have experience in inpatient, crisis, and outpatient settings, supporting individuals coping with trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder. I also have a deep respect for those connected to military life and proudly serve veterans, active-duty members, and their families, offering care grounded in understanding and compassion.
