About me
I am a marriage and family therapist whose focus is on emotional attunement and personal growth in marriage and parenting.
I love working with individuals, couples and families to help improve their relationships with themselves and others. We look at attachment styles and communication patterns to help each person feel seen, heard and valued in their primary relationships. I use principles from numerous evidence-based therapies that can help clients overcome distress and lead to transformation in their individual lives and relationships. I gravitate toward attachment-based and emotionally focused therapies, as well as challenging clients to overcome patterns that are keeping them stuck. I recognize and work with clients who operate from both inferiority and superiority perspectives to help them move into healthier self-evaluation and healthier relationship dynamics.
