About me
I’m a compassionate therapist who helps teens and adults navigate anxiety, burnout, and life transitions with resilience and renewed purpose.
As a Licensed Master Social Worker and current Clinical Associate working toward clinical licensure, I am deeply committed to helping clients navigate life’s transitions with compassion, clarity, and purpose. In my role, I offer a safe, affirming, and collaborative space for growth and healing.
My therapeutic style is strengths-based and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that healing is not only possible—it’s deeply personal. I take a holistic approach that honors the connection between emotional and physical wellbeing, especially for individuals managing mental health alongside chronic illness or stress.
With over a decade of experience in health education and mental health, I specialize in working with college students (traditional and non-traditional), adolescents (15+), adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Whether you are facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, identity concerns, burnout, or navigating a major life transition, I’m here to support you in reclaiming your sense of direction and resilience.
