I am a licensed therapist helping adults cope, heal, and become the best version of themselves.
Sometimes we need help navigating life’s challenges and getting unstuck. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, a major life transition, relationship challenges, racial identity, or past trauma, you do not have to work through it alone.
With a 22-year career devoted to therapy and life coaching, my role is to meet you where you are and help you build a more intentional, grounded, and fulfilling life.
I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space, often with a touch of humor when invited. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, build insight, and reconnect with your strengths. I use an integrative approach, including CBT, ACT, IFS, and mindfulness, to help you better understand yourself and develop tools for lasting change.
