About me
As a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania, I have over 15 years of dedicated experience supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on helping clients navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and self-esteem concerns. I specialize in addressing mood disorders, anxiety, communication difficulties, and experiences of isolation and loneliness.
My therapeutic approach is deeply compassionate and tailored to each individual's unique journey. I understand that healing is a personal process and I strive to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop stronger self understanding, and build resilience. My goal is to empower individuals to build stronger, more authentic connections with themselves and others.
Drawing from evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, solution focused and dialectical behavior therapy aim to help clients develop resilience, enhance emotional well-being, and cultivate personal growth. I understand that seeking support takes courage, and I'm committed to walking alongside you with respect, understanding, and genuine care.
