About me
I’m a licensed clinical therapist with over seven years of experience specializing in depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to explore your experiences and take meaningful steps toward healing. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs.
From our first session my goal is to make you feel heard, respected, and understood. We’ll work together to identify what’s bringing you to therapy and set goals that feel meaningful and manageable to you. Whether you're new to therapy or returning after some time, I’ll meet you where you are—with care and curiosity, not judgment. Whether you're facing persistent worry, past trauma, or feelings of hopelessness, we’ll work together to move toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling. You don’t have to face this alone. I’m here to help.
My approach combines strength-based therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), helping you build on your inner resilience while developing practical tools to manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe in empowering my clients—recognizing the strengths they already possess and using those as a foundation for growth and change.
