About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through some of life's most challenging moments. My work focuses on helping people navigate trauma, family conflicts, self-esteem concerns, and anger management. I'm particularly skilled at addressing anxiety, shame, guilt, and the complex emotions that often accompany difficult life experiences.
I work with clients across a wide range of concerns, including attachment issues, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive patterns, posttraumatic stress, and impulsivity. I also support those seeking greater life purpose, forgiveness, and freedom from control patterns that may be holding them back.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep commitment to understanding each person's unique story. However, at the same time I believe that each person has specific needs and my approach changes as the needs of the client changes! I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and build the skills and insights needed for meaningful change. Whether you're working through family dynamics, processing trauma, or finding your way forward, I'm here to support you with compassion and expertise every step of the way.
