About me

With over 17 years of experience as a licensed psychologist, I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma and reclaim a sense of safety and connection in their lives. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, integrating treatments that have been proven to support recovery and resilience. I strive to create a collaborative and compassionate therapy space where clients can explore their experiences, develop effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. My goal is to help each person build a stronger, more empowered relationship with themselves and others.

I provide online therapy for clients throughout PA and all Psypact states

I’m a trauma-informed psychologist who believes that healing from trauma is possible—and that no one should have to face that journey alone. I specialize in helping individuals and veterans recover from trauma, PTSD, and the lasting effects of painful or life-changing experiences.

My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE) to help reduce distress, reshape painful beliefs, and restore a sense of control. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to strengthen mindfulness, emotional regulation, and values-based living. Together, we’ll build both the insight and the practical tools needed for meaningful, lasting change.

Working with veterans and service members has been a core part of my practice and passion. I understand that military life can bring both resilience and invisible wounds that affect relationships, mood, and daily functioning long after service ends. In our work, we’ll create a space that feels safe, grounded, and nonjudgmental—where healing can happen at your own pace.

I view therapy as a partnership that combines your lived experience with my clinical expertise. We’ll work together to process trauma, build resilience, and reconnect you with the parts of life that feel meaningful. Healing isn’t about forgetting the past—it’s about finding a new relationship with it so it no longer defines or limits you.

If you’re feeling stuck, on edge, or disconnected after trauma, please know that recovery is possible. With the right support, you can begin to feel safe again, reconnect with yourself and others, and move toward a life that feels more peaceful, purposeful, and whole.

You’ve already taken a courageous first step by looking for help. I’d be honored to walk beside you on your path toward healing.
