About me
Since 2011, I have been helping adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, and personal relationship difficulties. Many people that I work with go on to experience a higher quality of life while enjoying loving, meaningful & fulfilling relationships. I am the sole owner of my private practice, I submit insurance billing claims directly to insurance companies. This is important because it maximizes confidentiality and personalization of care.
Through the years clients have experienced a decrease in anxiety, stress, depression, & other trauma related symptoms by my use of Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Sensorimotor & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy along with other innovative evidence based interventions. My military and community mental health background enhances my ability to connect with people from various backgrounds. I meet clients where they are at emotionally.
