About me
Starting therapy can be difficult and I strive to create a warm, approachable, and genuine environment. I meet clients where they are and work collaboratively to individualize therapy to meet their unique perspectives, background, and needs. I work with clients individually to set meaningful goals to address their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I’m passionate about assisting adults in navigating life transitions, managing anxiety and depression, coping with ADHD, and dealing with issues such as interpersonal challenges, sleep difficulties, grief/loss, and medical changes.

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and Minnesota Board Approved Supervisor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a certification in Diversity and Inclusion, and I am finishing the requirements to be an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (CCSP).
