About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) dedicated to helping individuals address challenges related to substance use, co-occurring mental health concerns, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, with a focus on promoting resilience and long-term recovery.
I earned my Master of Science in Addictions Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2017 and bring over eight years of experience in the co-occurring field. My professional background includes working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, where I have specialized in the treatment of substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, emotional regulation, and adjustment to life transitions.
My approach combines evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, with a compassionate, client-centered style. I believe that healing begins when people feel safe, supported, and understood.
My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their struggles, build resilience, and develop the tools they need to create lasting change.
Whether you are beginning your recovery journey, seeking support for your mental health, or looking to strengthen your coping strategies, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy, respect, and encouragement.
