About me
I am an experienced therapist dedicated to helping women heal from trauma, anxiety, and life transitions using EMDR and CBT.
Navigating relationships, career changes, family stress, or significant life transitions can feel overwhelming. As a therapist, I specialize in helping women process the impact of these experiences, particularly when they lead to anxiety, depression, or emotional exhaustion. Unresolved trauma often manifests as persistent worry, emotional numbness, or even physical symptoms, making it difficult to find balance and peace. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued as we work together toward healing.
I use evidence-based approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients reduce distress linked to negative memories and core beliefs. These techniques are powerful in reshaping the way we process past experiences, allowing for profound changes in how we navigate the present. Through therapy, you can begin to rewrite your inner narrative—moving from self-doubt and self-criticism to a place of self-compassion and confidence.
One of the biggest barriers to becoming your most authentic self is often the way we speak to ourselves. Many of us carry internal dialogues rooted in fear, shame, or past pain, which can hold us back from experiencing joy, connection, and personal growth. I believe that shifting this internal dialogue is key to transforming not only anxiety and depression but also trauma responses and relationships.
What I Offer:
• A trauma-informed, compassionate, and supportive space where you can safely explore your experiences.
• Specialized expertise in EMDR and CBT to help process trauma, anxiety, and negative thought patterns.
• A personalized approach that recognizes the unique challenges women face in balancing personal, professional, and relational demands.
• A commitment to helping you develop healthy coping strategies, emotional resilience, and self-compassion as you work through life’s challenges.
Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I am honored to walk this path with you. Whether you are struggling with the weight of past experiences, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or simply looking for support through a life transition, I am here to help. Together, we can create the change you’ve been seeking.
