I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to helping individuals that may need some assistance in working through challenging times in their lives. I am dedicated to joining you on your journey discovering ways to manage and overcome those challenges, while discovering how to live in your truth. I want to walk with you as you discover that you have all the tools you need within yourself to achieve what you are seeking or to overcome those challenges.
I believe that everyone is capable of achieving happiness. If you change your thoughts, you can change your life. By manifesting one's own happiness, one can achieve it. Mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health and happiness. Therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving happiness, if you use it.
My focus is to help individuals heal, grow, and become aware of their inner strengths. I will assist you in your process by providing a neutral, nonjudgemental safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing an individualized treatment plan for you. I specialize in psychoeducation in areas such as building confidence, assertiveness training, developing healthier boundaries, anger management, stress management, behavioral modification, developing better healthier habits, effective communication, healthier self-esteem, self-care, self-empowerment and developing a new and healthy way to think. I can assist you with developing a passion and love for yourself.
