About me
I am licensed in Florida with 23 years of counseling experience. I served in the U. S. Navy and U. S. Army, provided care at a Carnegie Research University, a major level 1 trauma hospital in addition to the largest provider of mental health care in the United States. I earned bachelor and master degrees with honors while earning a certificate in trauma therapy practice.
I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, coping with addictions, compulsive behavior, sleep disturbances, trauma, grief, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, and challenges with confidence. Other areas of expertise include counseling related to relationship, educational, occupational, housing, financial, legal system and medical challenges,
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where events, thoughts, and feelings are shared without fear of judgment.
