I’m Thelma, a BIPOC, and a bilingual English and Spanish-speaking therapist, and I help people who are experiencing anxiety related to social media. I’m here to help you unwind your anxious thoughts and help you find more meaning in your life by living free of comparison.
In our work together, I’ll give you some tools to help. We also incorporate humor, music, or writing as part of the therapy process. I have experience helping people with self-esteem and anxiety issues related to social media. At the beginning of treatment, you’ll come weekly to receive support and begin making positive changes in your life.
