About me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with a military background. Go Navy!
I provide a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive space for individuals navigating stress, anxiety, family and relationship challenges, attachment dynamics, and post-traumatic experiences. My approach is both clinically grounded and insight-oriented, while also honoring the deeper emotional patterns that shape how you think, feel, and connect with others.
I specialize in helping clients explore how past experiences—especially those connected to trauma, relationships, and early attachment—continue to influence present-day behaviors and emotional responses. Together, we work to build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier ways of thinking, relating, and showing up in your life.
My work integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness and emotional regulation strategies. I believe healing involves both understanding your patterns and learning how to move through them with intention, compassion, and clarity.
As a woman of color, I value cultural awareness and strive to create an inclusive, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected in their full identity. Clients often describe my style as warm, honest, and empowering. I aim to create a space where you feel both supported and gently challenged as you grow.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready to better understand yourself and your relationships, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
I look forward to working with you!
