About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With several years of clinical experience, I work with clients navigating depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I'm skilled in helping people process complex emotions, rebuild self-worth, and find meaning during times of uncertainty.
My approach is compassionate and person-centered. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences—whether that involves healing from trauma, working through relationship patterns, processing loss, or finding your way forward after significant change. I'm particularly attuned to issues around isolation, guilt, shame, forgiveness, and attachment, and I'm experienced in supporting clients through caregiver stress, workplace challenges, and life-altering circumstances like illness and end-of-life concerns.
I honor each client's unique background and values, including spiritual beliefs when relevant to your healing journey. Whether you're seeking support rooted in faith or prefer a secular approach, I'm here to meet you where you are.
I believe therapy works best when built on trust, honesty, and genuine collaboration. My role is to walk alongside you with care and curiosity as you move toward greater peace and wholeness.
