I'm Terry, a member of Your Counselor, LLC's clinical team, and here to support you in your journey. Has life thrown you a few curveballs lately? I work with individuals and couples who are struggling to make sense of complex issues. This can be frustrating and sometimes cause you to question all of the strengths you thought you had. It's not you, and you have not become less, no matter how true that feels, and the strengths you thought you had are still there.
