I am a neurosomatic therapist in Hawaii and an international coach helping neurodiverse teens and adults recover from trauma in order to thrive. Healing happens...because health IS natural! We are hard-wired to heal with adequate safety and resources.
With 2 decades of Somatic Experiencing, I've provided 25,000+ trauma-informed therapy sessions, integrating IFS/parts work, Brainspotting, and the 5 hour listening protocols developed by Stephan Porges, originator of Polyvagal Theory, to send signals of safety for social engagement with the Safe & Sound Protocol and to entrain the body/mind toward optimal self-regulation with the new Rest & Restore Protocol.
I have 100+ tools in my therapeutic toolkit which I make available to clients in a highly-customized way for effective use between sessions.
