About me
I am a dedicated licensed professional counselor who loves helping people of all ages work through trauma, PTSD, DID, and depression.
I enjoy taking more of a holistic approach and getting to the root causes. Everything we do in life, from the people with whom we surround ourselves to the foods we consume, effects our mental health. Things from our past continue to have a significant impact on us as long as it remains undealt with and tucked away, but life does not have to be this way.
I am EMDR certified, TF-CBT trained, and use other techniques like CBT, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness. My areas of expertise include trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, adjustment problems, grief, anger, and general life problems. I also offer Biblical Christian counseling.
