I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a wealth of experience working with couples and families throughout all stages of the lifespan.

As an LMFT I value evidenced-based research for creating a specific treatment plan for each client, couple, family that works with me. I primarily utilize the treatment modalities of (CBT) Cognitive Behavior Therapy, (MBCBT) Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy, (DBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, (SFBT) Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I offer Guided Imagery and other Stress Reduction Techniques.

I specialize in improving communication skills and have a passion for empowering women of all ages, parents, and families from various cultures and configurations.

I treat individuals who are challenged by Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and a variety of other issues. I look forward to providing you with your own customized treatment plan. I also have a clinician on staff who specializes in the treatment of addictions.
