I am trained in EMDR and strongly believe in a holistic wellness approach to working with people. Using EMDR and other therapeutic interventions to serve your mind, body, and soul allows me to see you as a whole person. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, disability-related barriers, PTSD, cancer, hearing loss, or other stressors I am here to support you! I am a licensed professional counselor and certified rehabilitation counselor with over 20 years of affirming counseling experience providing a compassionate approach using a variety of individualized therapeutic interventions.
I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of every individual. I understand taking this first step toward becoming your best self can feel overwhelming.
