About me
I have been working with people as a Social Worker for over 20 years, and one thing I have realized is that people are doing the best they can with what they have. Each of us do not have all the information that we need at all times, which is why we need someone that has more information than us. That is why it is good to seek counseling from an experienced person, and not just book smart, but life experience. I would like to be the person to help you develop more understanding of what you need to improve your current and future living.
I have had a great opportunity, to attend Ohio State University, and to become what I have wanted to be since 8th grade. I have always had a passion for helping people reach their full potential and become what they were intended to become, doing what they have always wanted to do. That can only happen through removing barriers and empowering a person with skills and resources to achieve what they need to be who they are capable of being. If a person if fearful to engage in social interactions, they are missing out on wonderful experiences that require the ability to overcome fears and resist isolation. If a person is feeling hopeless and overwhelmed with sadness, they are not going to enjoy the many opportunities that may come their way for enjoying their life and the lives of those around them. Having the right skills or developing the right beliefs allow for enhancing hope to enjoy life.
