Hello, and welcome. I am a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical support. I have over 10 years of experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem difficulties, and trauma.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based cognitive and behavioral therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
