For the past 24 years, my professional and personal life has been centered around promoting the overall mental, physical, spiritual, and social health of all communities through counseling, consultation, mentorship, training, and education.

Therapy can be a place to address the things that are most important to you and living the life that you want, so I am glad you have chosen to take the step.
