About me
I am credentialed in the United Kingdom with 4years of professional work experience. I am a psychotherapist with special interest in supporting young people and individuals through stress and anxiety, grief, school based emotion, life transitions and identity explorations. My experience spans diverse settings including mental health agency, grief agency and school settings where I have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life.
I believe that we are shaped by our close relationships, environments, family systems, and every moment that has led us to where we are today. That is why, at the core of my practice, is a deep respect for your unique story and a commitment to meeting you exactly where you are.
My approach is integrative, drawing from Humanistic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based practices. This means I tailor each session to suit your needs- whether you are looking for relief, clarity, growth or change. I strive to create a therapeutic space grounded in warmth, compassion and mutual respect where we can work together and meet your goals.
Whether you are seeking deeper self-understanding, healing or simply a space to feel heard and supported I am here to walk alongside you.
