About me
I have my Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and work with individuals (ages 13+) and couples. I work to cultivate an interactive, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. I utilize a holistic approach focusing on overall well-being and collaborating on goals tailored to the unique client. My therapeutic style integrates mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, positive psychology, and strength-based approaches. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, stress reduction skills, and self-esteem building.
